  • Where do you ship?
    We ship to Mainland USA from California. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii from China.

    We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the U.S.

    In addition we do not ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    You may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched. Please email our Customer Care Team to check your order status.
  • I’ve not received my order, yet the status said it’s been delivered. What should I do?
    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it:
    • Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:
      • Mailbox
      • Porch
      • Garage
      • Any area out of potential weather hazards
      • Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
    • Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
    • Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
    • In rare cases, package may show as ‘delivered’ but could take additional 24 hours.
    If it has been over 24 hours from the ‘delivered’ status, to save time a  service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Flat rate $4.5 or FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $35 to customers within the continental United States. The continental US excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.
  • I’ve entered an incorrect address on my order, how can I change this?
    Please contact the customer services team as soon as possible via email We will make all efforts to help you.
  • I’ve just placed an order for the incorrect size/color. How can I change it?
    Please contact the customer services team as soon as possible. We will make all efforts to help you.
    If your order hasn’t been packaged and shipped yet you can write an email to Do not forget to include your order #. Usually you will be able to modify your order within 12 hours after placing it.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Your order will be processed within 4 business days, and if you are in a main city you can expect to receive the order within 6 – 10 business days of placing your order. (The delivery times have been extended as courier carriers deal with extremely high volumes.)
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your items have been sent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking ID number and link. You can track your order by doing one of the following:

    2. Use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email:
    Hold tight – the tracking ID number may take up to 3 business day to become active. Missing your shipping confirmation email? Be sure to check your junk/spam email folder. Please note, you may receive several shipping confirmation emails to track your order – if your items have been sourced from multiple stores and/or delivered by multiple carriers. Allow 4 business days from purchasing your items, for your entire order to be dispatched and the shipping details confirmed by email. 
  • Do shoelaces come in a 2 pack (one for each shoe)?
    All shoelaces come in a pack of two laces. One for each shoe.
