Returns & Refunds Policy
We are a small independent business. Please read carefully before placing an order.
Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked as DELIVERED by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages after delivery
- Stolen packages
- Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer
Delivery confirmation from the carrier serves as final proof of delivery.
Missing Package Claims
If you believe your package is missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan. Failure to contact us within this timeframe may result in denial of refund or replacement.
Customers who file a chargeback without contacting us first will lose eligibility for refunds or replacements.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, not the order date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund processing time:
- 3–5 business days for inspection
- Additional 5–7 business days depending on your bank
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong or a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will fix the issue.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
Filing a chargeback for an order that shows carrier-confirmed delivery is considered fraudulent activity.
We fully cooperate with banks and payment processors by providing:
- Proof of delivery
- Address match confirmation
- Communication records
Customers who file chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases.
